Frost Rescue is committed to providing quality, user-friendly CPR, AED & First Aid training that leaves you feeling confident in your life-saving skills.

Husband and wife team, George and Kristina Frost founded Frost Rescue to provide first-class training to schools, offices, daycares, healthcare providers and other organizations in Southeast Louisiana in need of AHA First Aid & CPR/AED certifications. George and Kristina are both medical professionals ready to teach you the practical skills you need to know in the case of an emergency!

  • George Frost

    NRP/Co-Owner

    George began volunteering as a first responder while still in high school, but continued his education and training to develop his career working full-time as a Firefighter and Paramedic. He is also a SSG in the U.S. Army National Guard serving as a Flight Medic and just completed his second tour overseas. George seeks every opportunity to learn and enjoys sharing his knowledge with others. In his spare time, George loves spending time with family and creating custom carpentry projects.

  • Kristina Frost

    BSN, RN/Co-Owner

    Kristina began working in healthcare over twelve years ago as a Nurse Tech as she completed her ADN at Pearl River Community College. Since earning her license as a Registered Nurse, Kristina has worked in multiple settings, including Med/Surg, Critical Care, Home Health, Wound Care, and Psychiatric Health, which has helped her further develop her professional skills. Kristina continued her educational goals and graduated with her BSN from Loyola University of New Orleans. Kristina enjoys spending time with her family and being outdoors in her free time.
